Dr. Lutz has always treated me with kindness during visits to his office. I never feel rushed when I am there and he answers my questions without rushing along.

Dr. Lutz has taken excellent care of me for the past 6 years, including 3 operations. Both he and his staff are the most caring and helpful.

Dr. Lutz performed a septoplasty on me 2 years ago. He gave great care, explained things clearly and was attentive. I had a great outcome and can breathe freely for the first time in years. Thanks, Dr. Lutz.

Dr Lutz is always in a rush even my kid noticed today. He has a flat personality and will spend no more that a couple minutes with you and charge for an hour. I cant wait to see my bill.

My 12 year old daughter is having frequent nose bleeds. Last yr around August 2016 Dr. Lutz cauterized the right side of her nose and now she needs the left side done. Her pain is worse when she is outside when she breaths the cold air and she has daily nose bleeds now from that side. A surgery date was set for Feb. 15th and the Financial manager at Dr. Lutz office insisted that I pay the $244.00 which is the deductible immediately. I explained to her that I could pay in full on the day of the surgery. She told me it's a policy that she collect the deductible in full 2 weeks prior. I told her I was a single parent and that I could pay day of the surgery first thing before my daughter's gets her surgery because it was my pay day from work. Lori said she had to ask Dr. Lutz. She returned and told me Dr. Lutz does not get involved in the financial aspect of the surgery. Now this would be my daughter's second procedure. She has already been seen and evaluated for the second procedure to happen. It's too late for me to go anywhere else Dr. Lutz is her ENT. My daughter is covered by her father's insurance from the Reading School District which is Berkshire Health Partners. I don't have a balance from the previous procedure. I asked Lori the Financial manager to have Dr. Lutz call me. She basically told me the Dr. who is to perform surgery on my daughter will NOT call me back. This is the first time I have ever had a Specialist office tell me the Dr. will not contact me to discuss this with him. They told me if I don't pay the deductible in two days my 12 year daughter's surgery would be cancelled. The financial manager showed NO sympathy that my daughter is in pain and has been suffering long enough with frequent nose bleeds. The Financial Manager told me I could speak to NO one else that she was it. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else. I want everyone to know how heartless and unprofessional this office has treated me. I wasn't telling them I would not pay I was telling them I could pay on the day of the surgery prior to my daughter going in. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I am appalled with their customer service. Every parent I spoke to regarding this situation are surprised as to why they would not accept the payment on the day of the surgery which is how it is suppose to be. The payment is to be received on the Service day. The Financial Manager's further explanation was that other's have not paid. No care in the world that my child is in pain.

Excellent physician. Over the past 10 years has performed surgery on myself and my two children. Extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. One of the best doctors I've ever seen.

After years of suffering from a throat disorder I visited the ENT group in Wyomissing and had the misfortune of drawing Dr. Lutz. For my $330 he told me I have no problem despite my chronic throat pain and inflamed tonsils. His solution? A prescription for acid reflux which I declined. This guy displayed zero compassion and seemed not to hear anything I said to him. What a waste of time and money!
