Christopher J. Mancuso's Online Review Report Card

Had a knee surgery done by him a couple years ago for torn meniscus, he’s straight to the point and tells you the information you need to know and how everything is gonna go down before it happens. At the time I was 17 I think and I even I understood that you listen to the professional and what they tell you. The other negative reviews bothered me because there is absolutely no reason for him. The guy was a clear professional and two years later my body is like there was never anything wrong with it.

Listen to all of the reviews. This doctor was cold and rushed in everything he did. Not even a proper introduction when he entered the room. Was uncaring about my concerns or what led me there. Just called the staff today to ask about getting my records and they already knew why as soon as they saw who I was seeing. The office staff have always been very pleasant and helpful to me. See anyone but Mancuso

Excellent surgeon and bedside manner. Patient over 20 years.

I've never met a more POMPOUS and arrogant person in my life! Dr. Mancuso's bedside manner is awful. He barely spent a minute with me on both appointments (thought I'd give him another chance after the first visit). Confirmed a 5th metatarsel fracuture (Jones fracture) and put me in a boot and crutches - non-weight bearing the first 4 weeks. Said nothing about any exercises I could do while in the boot. After the second visit (just as bad) I called the office and requested Dr. Stapinski. Saw Dr. Stapinski after 8+ weeks in boot and was told I no longer needed the boot and was sent away with no physical therapy, no exercises to do, or what expect. NO GUIDANCE WHATSOEVER!! I "expected" to be able to walk normally. Wrong. Did research on-line and figured out what exercises I had to do. In conclusion, I can't recommend Orthopaedic Associates of Reading - Period. My experience was just awful. Hopefully I can recover on my own. I must say, however, that the staff was very friendly!

Dr. Mancuso barely checked my right knee. He told me I have arthritis and gave me an injection and said I didn't have to come back! Later I got the results of my MRI and have a FEW knee problems, one being a complex tear of lateral meniscus. I will not return to Dr. Mancuso and cannot recommend him.

I accompanied my husband here for a shoulder injury and we’ve never felt so rushed before. It’s unfortunate that we felt that way. I was hoping for a much better patient experience, but seems to be a common sentiment here.

Avoid this entire practice if possible. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with medical professional. The Dr. was hasty and indifferent to my wellbeing. He did not listen to, nor did he address any of my questions or concerns and promply whisked me out the door with insufficient and sub standard examination. I now have permanent medical issues from them not having taken to time to listen to the my concerns when I voiced them, which could quite possibly be grounds for malpractice investigations. I strongly encourage new patients to look elsewhere for treatment.

Dr. Mancuso was short, cold and super arrogant. He barely looked at my leg & told me I did not need to come back for me to be told that I will be healed. I will heal. He unprofessional and huffy and it was a complete waste of my time and money and a pointless visit. I cannot recommend him to others.

Dr mancuso caused several mishaps. One infected plate left 2 infected pins which caused a severe osteomyelitis

Very quick giving shots and not examining the patient properly
