The staff here is great and Dr. Dillard is an amazing human being. I'll be recommending to everyone I know who needs life transformation weight loss services. I can't even put into words how appreciative I am of all the dieticians I worked with and Dr. Dillard. This place is amazing, they really care and go above and beyond what you'd expect.

I had a 1:45pm appt and got there at 1:51pm and they would not see me. By the time paperwork was done it was 2pm and I had to reschedule. I come from over 1 1/2 hour away. It’s always the front office that is always disappointing isn’t it…The rest of the staff was fine.

The worst customer service. Monik at the front door seems like she did not like her job .she always screams and complains. Treats customers with no respect .please be careful when deal with her . Doctors are good

I had gastric sleeve 10/24/22. Dr. Fam and his staff have been wonderful every step of the way. The monthly support groups are a blessing! I am so grateful to everyone at the Weight Management Center.

This surgery center is satisfactory. Nurses and receptionists are very nice. They want you to get there an hour before your procedure then make you wait an hour and a half. Also, Barb, the nurse anesthetist is a bitch. Find another job if you're tired of nursing.

Dr. Lazor is amazing. He really takes his time viewing your history. He explains himself so you understand. Nurse Angie and Heather are the best!!! They make sure you understand instructions and are confident. They answer any questions you may have.

Worst care I have ever had. Had test done in June, showing a gg fistula and was told I would be fine but wanted to talk about my case with GI conference through the hospital, it's now November have yet to here from them. And I am now in Hershey hospital with a fistula, ulcer, and naso feeding tube due to there neglect. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had weight surgery last February 20.. It will be a year . It a rolling coaster ride. .I was 357 now AIm 242 ..I still have to lose more weight... I have so much extra skin that it hurting me.. I would like my extra skin remove.My insurance don't want to pay for it..What else can I do when Im low income family..
