Waited 2 1/2 hours. . Was in extreme pain. Checked in ... Overheard receptionist say doctor running late because of surgery. When I asked her if the doctor was in she replied I was scheduled to see his assistant. I protested that I had an appt with Dr. Salvage not his assistant. After the long wait, my son and I were seated and met with him. He shows little empathy or compassion. Seems rushed and stressed out. Little eye contact with me. Said I was not scheduled to see him .. implied he's doing me a favor. He banged on computer and filled out insurance forms. Led us to check out .. said he'll have them schedule an epidural then disappeared. Receptionist said first available a month away. Too long to wait Receptionists pretend to be nice but if they sense your bothering them become really nasty. After 1 and 1/2 hours I asked her if it would be much longer.. she snapped loudly that I have to be patient. Didnt like the place first time around. Yesterday was my last time.

I had used Dr. Salvage for back injections and found him very caring and concerned about using the correct option for my particular pain. He took time to answer my questions and explain the procedures.

Dr. Salvage has done several steroid injections for me and has provided much pain relief in the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needed pain management.

Dr, Salvage of Pain Management is one of the best doctors around. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to you.Not only did he help manage my pain, but he found a heart murmur my primary care doctors never noticed. When I could not get an appointment with my primary doctor he stepped in and helped me find a specialist to help me.I would refer any family or friends to him it pain management was needed.

Dr. Salvage has treated me several times for spinal facet block injections. His bedside manner is truly award-worthy. He takes time with you, answers your questions thoroughly and without your feeling rushed, he cares about you and is very skilled in what he does. Highly recommend!

Dr. Salvage takes a good look at the history of a patient's pain and finds things my family doctor was unable to discern. Like a detective he discovered a cause for the pain and even better was able to come up with a permanent solution for pain relief. While my case might not be as easily and satisfactorily resolved as some, he certainly did his best for me. He is very easy to talk to and listens well to all you have to say.

Compassionate, knowledgeable physician. He is caring and takes time to explain your condition and treatment. I did not feel rushed. I had a lot of questions regarding long term pain control options for my ailing mother.
