I called three times between 3-3:15pm. I keep getting a message saying they are closed. The office is open till 4pm. I also don't like large offices like this even before the current pandemic. The reason is because sick people go to dr offices so i wan't to go to a small office with not many drs or patients. The offices here are not even on the first floor. I found another very concerning claim that masks are required. If this is a legitimate medical facility they are certainly aware not everyone can wear a mask myself included. The Ada guidelines did not magically change also there is an exemption in any current unconstitutional mask mandates. I will find out whenever they decide to actually answer the phone if they insiston recklessly endangering my life.... A dr office wow just wow

Just started seeing Dr. Nakib as a new patient and she’s amazing. Her medical assistant Yolanda is also amazing. They listened to my concerns, didn’t rush, and ordered tests. Office is very clean and office followed social distancing and CDC guidelines. Staff were very nice as well. Highly recommend her!

Unfortunately I am very frustrated right now. I called Monday morning at 8:30 with a question and the Receptionist assured me she would pass the question and I would get an answer that day. I called back later that day at 4:30. The same receptionist told me she would put me on a priority list. It is now Thursday and I still have not received a call back with an answer to my question. So my question was; Who was the ENT specialist that my doctor wanted me to see, I need to make an appointment. Should not be a hard question to get an answer!😡

One star is too good for these hacks. I called and got through twice only to be redirected and brushed under the rug all day even thou I was assured i would be receiving a return phone call. What’s the point of a detailed message system if your not going to use it. I was in the service industry and a customer never waited more then 30 mins for a call back.
