DO NOT GO HERE! Zero patient care. The front office is terrible, it was impossible to make an appointment. This issue occurred pre COVID and continues to worsen. But the front office must take their policy from the doctor. I have never heard of an office that does not see sick patients. Save yourself some frustration. On the plus side the doctor is a nice person.

Dr. Whalen is not a doctor I would ever go to. She showed zero concern. Her front office is not helpful. It's probably fine if its an annual visit, but if you are sick and need any real care you will not get get it here.

After being a patient for 8 years, I was informed while trying to make a sick appointment, that I was no longer a patient with their office. The reason I was given was that I had only seen a nurse practitioner during previous visits. I would like to note, I could not get an appointment with doctors there, and that is why I saw a nurse practitioner. I was told I am considered to be a "new" patient and that they were not accepting new patients. Notification of changes to my status there would have been appreciated.

Dr. Whalen is awesome! She is very helpful and caring. She treats the person not the symptoms. I love going to my doctors appointments. I also appreciate having a doctor with a personality. Her and her staff are wonderful! If i could give them 100 stars I would!

Dr. Whalen is one of the most caring, compassionate and genuine physicians I have come to know. She is an excellent diagnostician, and does not give up until results are reached. The staff is kind and efficient, from the phone, to the front desk, to the MA’s in the back.
