I arrived 11:59 after finding it difficult to depart earlier due to personal reasosn. There’s a 15min tolerance policy. My apointment was at 11:45, the “doctor” refused to see me right away and I was asked to wait at front desk. At 12:05 they told me I was 20 minutes late and they would no longer see me because I was over 15min late. That’s BS. Real doctors take the Hypocrates oath, not a hypocritical one. Truth is they are closing at 2pm and want to leave early for Memorial Day so screw the patients. These are the doctors you pay thousands for and they go ans buy expensives homes jur to not see you because it’s inconvenient for their holiday plans.

I'm honestly, not sure why the reviews are so bad here. We had such a great experience. The people the front desk got us processed quickly. The nurses in the back are fantastic. Everyone was friendly and kind. Doctor Xzang is amazing. I would work with this office rather than dealing with Perlman any day.

Total rip off! I reported them to the insurance company! I had a lesion on my arm , small as a grain of salt, the lousy Dr.injected it and charged me 1099.00! Highway robbery! Would not take a turtle there!

Really bad experience. They billed insurance under my husbands name, not mine, so now I am stuck with a $300 bill. Its not even worth calling about because they tell me to call my insurance. I did this a couple of times and gave up. Its ridiculous.

Lose one star - takes FOREVER to get a hold of someone and you have to spend about 10 minutes to make it through the menu. And then you still get voicemail. Otherwise, nice enough people.

While we appreciate the care that Dr Hossain has provided - it has become IMPOSSIBLE to contact the office. there is no way to reach the local office. I have tried everything to help them get paid. It is no longer worth it - i will need to find a new Dr.

Have been going to this practice for several years. Over time, service has diminished. Earlier this morning I phoned to set up an appointment for my mom. Called back 43 minutes ago and still not connecting. "Thank you for holding....your call will be taken in the order received". Really? Just to set up an appointment? This morning, still not picking up (11/23/2022)
