The Yardley office does not communicate well nor do they read the messages on their portal on a timely basis. If you miss a call they do not provide a way to return the call. They do not seem to read the patients chart when they do reach you having inaccurate information including when you last visited. I would go elsewhere.

They get two stars because I like the doctors, but the staff is the worst! I am a nurse and work in an ambulatory surgery center - if our staff treated patients the way the staff (not those that sign you in) at this facility threats their patients we would all be fired in two seconds. They barely come out into the room and call your name, so everyone is just looking at each other because no one can hear them and they make no attempt to help those who clearly could use it (this one staff member stood there and watched a patient struggle to stand. In my case the MA (medical asst) just turned on her heel when I walked up, waited for me to pass her and walked behind me. When I stopped because I didn’t know if I should go straight or turn she just slid by and keep walking… ok, I guess I should follow! She never said word one… stopped at the scale and looked at it… oh, I guess I’ll get on! In the room she sat down and asked some questions .. funny, not one of them was to prove my identity!! No name, birthdate… nothing. Asked me about my medication and when I corrected her she corrected me! She was wrong, and could not even utter the smallest apology… but how could I expect that from someone who could not be bothered with just enough common courtesy to say Good Morning!! When taking my vitals she could not have been more condescending - It devolved from there to the point where I told her not to say another word to me I had had enough of her attitude and I will be reporting her. The unfortunate thing here is that the management is aware and allows it to continue, which typically means they are no better… the fish stinks from the head down!

This facility is difficult to work with. They have given me multiple problems when attending to my medical care that has present difficulties for me that have complicated my life. Including forgetting conversations they previously had with me on their online portal, complicating my scheduling of appointments costing me weeks of time in scheduling, sending me to specialists that do not treat my care needs causing me confusion and additonal time in scheudling, and giving me difficulty when asking for help. This has caused me stress and aggreviation. I do not feel like a valued patient here.

My experiences here have always been pleasant. The staff is professional and kind. The physicians are knowledgeable, curious and helpful. As often as I can (our main physician care teams are in Philadelphia) I come here since they are located in my own backyard!

Horrible phone service. First, Penn Cardiology has no direct line. Then, you are put into phone tree oblivion. Just to get a prescription renewed that I have been taking since 2006 was a nightmare. Website denied my renewal with no explanation and took hours to get someone on the phone who pushed OK. Horrible experience!!

I had to bring my wife for Blood work, the receptionist at the desk to check you in is the nasty person we have ever dealt, literally yelling at my wife because she said her appointment was at 11 when clearly on the paperwork it’s says 10 am.I would never recommend this place to anyone

The front desk staff at this facility are extremely rude, unprofessional and CONFRONTATIONAL. I was given INCORRECT information, no one knows what they are talking about and they cannot even respond to a voicemail and get that right! It's very sad what this place has become. I love my doctor here and they will not let me speak to him. Do yourself a favor and find another practice! If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible, horrible people working here!
