Dennis Abellera Kind, patient , direct advise. The best nephrologist and internal medicine physician in all of DMV, took the time to listen and understand the problems and treatment provided based upon the root cause of the problem , Dr. Vigg saved my life , I am grateful to him, not sure why some people post wrong stuff here ?

Needs training on how to interact with patients I was motivated to track down this Dr. Vigg because I was so upset by the treatment he gave my stepfather - well, lack of treatment. Without going into detail since I am not the patient, he lacked basic respect and courtesy, but instead, was a pro at ridiculing and shaming. This behavior will catch up with him and his practice. No Vigg for me. I cannot see Dr. Vigg because he wont take my insurance even though it is a very common and well respected insurance. As a physician, I am offended and would not refer anyone to him.

Dr. Vigg had atrocious bedside manners. He ridiculed my medical history and belittled the titles of my other care providers with female names. However, at no point during my appointment did he offer to examine me but instead sat across the room and kept getting frustrated by why I was there to see him. He was not only unaware of my condition, but also claimed there is no blood test for it, which was debunked by the doctor I had sought my second opinion from. I immediately cancelled my future appointments with Dr. Vigg after my experience and do not recommend him to female-presenting patients seeking care.
