Everyone is so nice, caring and professional. Dr. Ekaha is one in a million. He got me thru my blood problems 10 years ago and now I'm back with the same problem. He is very proactive, actually cares about your wellbeing. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. Cannot wait to get my iron transfusion so I can feel better.

My PCP recommended this practice to me. I trust him so I made an appointment. The medical technician that took me back to the exam room got angry because the front desk didn't scan my paperwork in while I was checking in. She finished what she was doing & stormed out. Next the doctor comes in and starts going over my paperwork. She is typing while I am talking. I tell her a detail about my health and 10 seconds later she asks me a question that I already answered. I told her I just answered that question, she apologized and kept on going. Check out was horrible. I had to get blood work done that had to be done at a certain time of the day so it could get to the lab on time. The person checking me out didn't know which labs I could go to. I call my insurance and they find labs for me, not Wellspan labs though. If I had to go to a non Wellspan lab she said it would take them a few days to figure out how to request the lab from an outside lab. I told her I would go to a Wellspan lab before work. The next day she called me and asked if I had gone for my blood work yet. I said no. She said good because the lab manager told me that you can only go to YH lab or Apple Hill for this specific test. I had called a Wellspan lab earlier in the day to make sure they could perform the test, they said that they could. I repeated that to her and she said, well if they said you can, then just go early. After she had just told me I could only go to two Wellspan locations. I questioned that and she said well as long as the courier does his job and is on time for the pick up then you should be okay, if he doesn't then you will have to do the blood work again. Complete incompetency! I would have thought that at a specialized practice like this I would feel like more than just a number, but that is all it felt like. Anger, disregard from the Doctor, and incompetency from staff.

This business has always taken good care of me. I have 24/7 support ad part of my care. Never had a negative experience. They have complimentary hair wraps for those ladies who are losing their hair. There is a specialty shop for those who need items...offers massages n I spa I think also.

Excellent experience. The staff was great, friendly and on time. Drawing blood for labs was done efficiently. Dr. Tabatabai was on time; his evaluation and examination was thorough. He addressed all my questions and concerns in a thorough and caring manner. I would highly recommend Cancer Care Associates of York. A better experience than Hopkins where I had gone for a second opinion.

The staff go above and beyond to help me. They are always friendly and courteous, no matter how busy they are. If I have a problem they always try to resolve it in the best way possible.

This is a very professional, thorough and patient friendly oncology care center! The nurses and medical staff are very knowledgeable and detailed on every care level. I am so glad I get care at Cancer Care Associates!

Nurses are very well trained, they have a good attitude and help you when needed. I enjoyed going to my appointments.

Went from critical hospital admission in 2019 to remission 2020. Thanks to Dr, Joe and Ji, who set up the treatment program, they are not only great physicans but just as important, they care for people. just as soon as you walk in door you will receive a warm smlle and greeting from the receptionist and any all staff members engaged in your treatment program
