Went to this OSS location for the first time and met with Dr. Rutter because they had a cancellation and now I know why they had the cancellation. To my disappointment, he seemed very uneducated on anything to do with my issue and I left with no answers.

I went there with so much pain in my back and I was hopeful for this doctor to treat me like if I was object not a human Very unprofessional heartless Very ignorant laughs when you ask him a question and you tell him you are the doctor so I’m asking you options because I’m here but I want Health to get better I didn’t go and ask him for pain killers I wanted the cause of my pain to be treated I had to beg him to order the MRI Basically he told me there is nothing can be done and a doctor should be the healer not the devil I left with tears in my eyes and I had no home from him I was very depressed he’s very disgusting and when I was leaving and I cannot share this information to protect the employees there But they complained about him and they told me that other patients have the same problems and I hope he can be removed because sometimes even a doctor is he cannot do anything the way he treats the patient he can either make it better or worse There is nothing impossible

As has been my experience with OSS for the past (5) years, the staff is great, wait times are reasonable & the outcomes have been excellent. The urgent care facility has provided timely & professional service to me on several occasions which keeps me coming back when in need. Dr Rutter was both helpful & informative which eased my mind & left me with a favorable impression going forward.

Dr. Rutter recommended an epidural for my chronic back pain. The procedure was performed yesterday and all went well.

Doctor Rutter has been my physician and surgeon for many years. He performed several surgeries on me. He is a wonderful physician, warm and caring, which is quite unusual to find today. I have recommended him to family and friends and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care.
