I've seen Dr Jackson a few times and he is always wonderful when I need him. He's funny, considerate and takes the time to listen. He really wants to help you in the best way for you - not what works for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with knee issues.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Jackson. He has done 1 reconstructive knee replacement for me 4/21. He had to take out my partial and put in a full. Then he did my other knee this past 10/22. Everything went great, recovery was great. He listens and truly cares about you and your concerns. I highly highly recommend Dr. Jackson and OSS.

We only have seen him once. Excellent at listening, finding the problem, and providing care plan. Much better than previous experience than with a doctor for the same condition.

I had a very positive experience with the entire OSS team. Dr. Jackson communicated clearly my options and displayed a friendly and caring attitude. It's obvious that he is motivated to continually excel in his surgical skills. I am very thankful for the top notch service that OSS provides.

Dr. Jackson was recommended to me by friends who he performed full knee replacement surgery on, so I took their advice. Upon coming out of surgery, I was able to walk immediately, I was discharged the following morning, I spent 5 weeks (3x per week) in rehabilitation, and I was discharged from rehab. I too, will recommend to anyone in need of full knee replacement to go to Dr. Jackson. The Doctor knows his craft. It has been now 6 months since the surgery. I walk without pain. I still need to work on one muscle which gives me slight pain when going up or down stairs. I believe in a few months that I will be able to transverse stairs without that slight pain. If you are in need of this type of surgical procedure, look no farther than Dr. Eric Jackson.
