Dr. Etienne is a wonderful surgeon. I trust him implicitly for my orthopedic care. He helped me with hip bursitis and osteoarthritis griots for myself and my family. A truly gifted man of God rather than a Dr who thinks he is God. He is super friendly, very informative and professional all at the same time. My surgery went well and recovery is going nicely he even sent me flowers the day after surgery who does that!!!! His team mate Austin is awesome. My whole experience thus far is a 10+++++ .

I just had my surgery yesterday and have already recommend Dr Etienne and OSS hospital to all my friends and family. From the minute you walk in the door you are met with the friendliness staff I have ever met. I have been in the three hospitals in Harrisburg and I still say if you have any orthopedic work done get an appointment with doctor and have your surgery at OSS They go out of their way to make you comfortable and put you at ease. I can’t say enough about Dr Etienne if I could give him ten stars I would he is kind and courteous and explains everything. He is very professional and knowledgeable. TEN stars to Dr Etienne and the whole staff at the hospital

Dr. Etienne realized a problem with my replaced hip, did surgery and corrected it. Also, he is the only surgeon I have ever received. flowers from after surgery. He is top notch. So glad I have found him, and I would recommend him to anyone.!

Dr. Etienne is one of a kind. He explains everything to you and when my eight hip needs replaced, he will be the doctor I choose. Terrific doctor and person. I am so grateful to my cousin for recommending him to me.
