Nihad Yasmin's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Yasmin took her time, answered all my questions, went over all my test results with me and explained everything. She showed much concern and compassion.

Dr. Yasmin is great, however she no longer works for Aurora Healthcare. She left 2 years ago and moved out of town

Dr. Nihad and the OSS Rheumatology Team are taking great care of me! During my initial visit and subsequent follow-up care, everything was explained to me in “everyday language”, not language overfilled with medical terminology and dismissive words. I felt and feel in my heart that I was “heard”. This is something that is CRUCIAL for patient care. It’s too easy to assign blame to a person primarily on what you can see with the natural eye. Examples are: age, ethnicity, too heavy, too small, etc. Assumptions are rude, anti Hippocratic oath, and when they cross over into medical opinion and ESPECIALLY documentation, they become unethical and possibly illegal. I recommend OSS Health and Dr. Yasmin Nihad to everyone!!!

Dr. Yasmin is very kind and caring and extremely knowledgable about autoimmune diseases.After my rheumatologist retired, I struggled finding a new doctor. I'm very happy that I found Dr. Yasmin.

Dr. Yasmin is the best provider I have seen. She listened to all of my health concerns thoroughly. Versus dismissing my health issues (like some providers have) she thoroughly listened, evaluated, and addressed my concerns. Dr. Yasmin has great bed side manner and is very personable. I can not recommend Dr. Yasmin enough. She has been the best provider I have ever been to.

She gives you as much time as you/want/need

From the very start of the visit I was extremely comfortable with Dr. Yasmin's kindness, warmth and professionalism. First exchanges with a patient are so important and she connected immediately. She was very thorough in reviewing my chart, asking about my health history, and explaining why she was asking certain questions. She didn't leave me guessing about anything that was discussed. She was well-versed and knowledgeable about my health issue as well as the avenues of treatment that could be explored. What perhaps most impressed me was her explanation that my health issue could be treated equally as well by an endocrinologist, and why. She framed her explanation by trying to give me the best option for my health, my financial outlay and my time and convenience factor. From the start of the visit to the end, she was extremely helpful, kind and caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This was my first visit with Dr. Yasmin and I am extremely grateful I was able to have an appointment with her today. She was knowledgeable, kind and personal. She ask me many questions about my history with Rheumatoid Arthritis and clearly listened to the answers. As her patient, I felt heard, validated and understood and left OSS feeling hopeful. I look forward to learning more from her on how to manage the physical pain and mental stress associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis. It was a wonderful experience to meet her.
