I was there for a meniscus tear, from the time I walked In there the staff from beginning to the end were very professional and kind,took time to talk to you explaining everything. Dr King is amazing patient and kind easy to talk to.

I just had my first appointment with Carol Henderson, and she was wonderful! I have a lot of anxiety about doctors and healthcare, all of it really scares me, but Carol with supremely patient, friendly, professional, warm... I really felt like she listened to me and my concerns, and her attitude and demeanor were truly exceptional. I don't feel judged for my present state of health at all, and the visit inspired a great deal of trust. I'm really glad I went to Carol, and I am optimistic about my healthcare moving forward.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff, knowledgeable from the front desk staff, to the Doctors. It did take me a few weeks as a "New" patient to get in, however once in and established, the OSS internal health team has always been there to help and guide me for not only my physical well being but my mental and emotional well being. Instead of feeling like a number Im a patient at a awesome practice staffed with awesome people. I will say there not a doctor to go to looking for Opiates or an easy way out, pills monitored and contracts signed, not because of the practice but due to pay laws and regulations as.well as doctors preferences. Like for pain and disability issues Oss has a pain center. It's not just a one stop drug and paper shop. But once you get in and are established I promise you won't be sorry. Carol Henderson (Crnp) has been a major influence in my treatment plan and overall well being, listening to me as a patient and coming up with a course of action that's best suited for me!

Absolutely without a doubt the worst treatment I have ever gotten by any company or organization. Their customer service is pathetic waited over two weeks to get them to turn in one simple form to the insurance company they never did had to go to a new Dr. to get that done. I Had to cancel an appointment do to a death in the family. Was told I they couldn’t get me in for two and a half months. Two other patients I know of the same doctor called to check if they could been seen any sooner both where told they could be seen within a week. If you dare go for it.
