Dr Baghli is the best UPMC has to offer in my opinion. He took excellent care of my mother and spent time explaining thing to me also. I was struggling making a decision and he help me and gave his advice from a medical standpoint. He compassionate and very informative. Dr. Baghli is a first class doctor.
