I have been a patient of Dr. Zeno for several years. I started as his patient in Harrisburg and continue with him when he moved to East Berlin. He is thorough, easy to talk to, experienced, and well versed in his field. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Being a diabetic, I have all the confidence in the world in Doctor Zeno. He addresses all my concerns and listens to all my questions. He sees his patients as people not numbers. That is very important in this day and age. You need a doctor you can trust and he is one of the good ones,

He started out as a very good and concerned doctor, but as he got busier things changed. I actually had appointments where he was running an hour behind. Never apologizes. If you question his treatment plan or disagree with him, he can be very nasty. Neither my husband or I will ever go back!
