He went the extra mile and had a catscan done to make sure he was seeing everything as I broke my wrist and did not end up needing an operation. I had some issues with the generic brace and he sent me to a specialist who made a brace to fit my hand.

Dr. Andrew’s had a very poor bedside manner. Was not friendly and was not willing to help me with accommodations for my work.

My first visit to OSS and Dr. Andrews was a pleasant experience. The team in the office were all very friendly and efficient. Dr. Andrews was kind, and clear in his explanation and treatment options. The procedure was as painless as possible and I am confident in the treatment option we discussed and decided to go with.

Took less than 5 minutes, didn't say Hello or anything and basically ask me what I was doing there!!! Didn't help at all and couldn't wait to leave the room.

Medically, the experience was fine. Felt confident about the doctor's medical opinion and analysis. However, the bed-side manner was difficult to deal with. There was no introduction to the patient or family. There was no effort to make our son (the patient) feel at ease or comfortable.
