Dr. Ulmer was very nice. He talked to me like I was a real person and told me what he thought I should do. I have three health issues in my right arm, shoulder, and neck. I was impressed with him because he did not want to jump right into surgery on my neck or shoulder. He told me what he honestly thought I should have taken care of first. Great talking to a Doctor that doesn't push surgery right away.

I had been waiting for weeks to see someone for my shoulder and neck injury sustained at work. I was finally able to meet with Dr Ulmer on a Friday and he ordered 2 MRIs and thoroughly examined my area of discomfort. He was very up front and informative and made me feel at ease going forward that I was in the right place to receive the best care in York PA. Thank You to Dr. Ulmer and everyone at OSS for your care and clear communication.
