A competent mechanic but dont look for any bedside manner or sensitivity on his part… youre just Patient A in Room 3. I had a massive headache after the procedure and in follow up with him he declined ANY responsibility. No offer of help with an anabiotic. Luckily a CTA at the hospital showed a total occlusion of the sinuses that were quickly treated with antibiotics and taken care of.
Awesome positive experience Had back rear tooth extracted. Dr. Arnone was incredible. I’m fact, the entire visit from appointment to postsurgery text message was focused on helping me to feel cared for and comfortable. All the staff was great. I have severe dental phobia and told Dr. Arnone that when we met. I think he took great care to ease my fears. The procedure took nano seconds and I felt NO PAIN at all with novacaine. I cannot recommend St. Luke’s OMS highly enough 15 stars out of ten!
Best Oral Surgeon Ive ever been to painfree and Great service!!
I went to have a tooth removed and a bone graft. Dr. Arnone removed a molar that had cracked. I felt that he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. He pulled, pushed, yanked, drilled and twisted my mouth, face and head with such verocity that the entire side of my face and head hurt for weeks. I have a high tolerance for pain and only have to take an aspirin every 5 years or so. In this case, I had to take prescription strength ibuprofen and vicodin for 10 days after. The stitches that he inserted to close the wound had come loose by the time I reached home after the torture session. He had also done a bone graft, which was unsuccessful so I have to decide whether or not to have him redo itfor a hefty fee, or go to another Dr. and start the process over.
My experience with Dr. Arnone was completely frustrating! I found him to be ignorant, arrogant, condescending, sarcastic, impatient, insensitive and just plain rude! If you plan on visiting this practice, request a different doctor! He isnt interested in you as a patient. He literally spent one minute looking at the chart, the xray, and my daughters mouth before asking her, a minor, if she wanted to proceed with surgery. Who does that?! He felt no need to talk nor discuss the details of the visit directly with me and told me he only deals with the patient! After speaking with the receptionist, I feel I am not the only one he treated this way.
