Would actually not give her any stars. In Jan 2015 my mother who was scheduled for an elective AVR/single vessel CABG was seen preoperatively in rapid Afib, vomiting with a fever. She sent her home with Zofran, because she was “going on vacation”. My mother was found unresponsive the next morning with a WBC of 25, septic with near amputation of her foot. She suffered for over 6 months with infection, prolonging her AVR......outcome was less than desirable.
On Sept 10th, 2009, this wonderful physician saved my life.. Not only did she replace my aortic valve and do two bypasses, she demonstrated ability and patience when she succeeded in stopping a "bleeding situation" that well could have gone either way. Six years later I am hale and hearty and although I will always have heart disease life is good and I have been able to spend the last years enjoying my 4 children and 6 grandchildren to say nothing of friends and family. So, thank you, Dr. Felice and may you continue your good work and be blessed in your life.
