Dolly the receptionist is incredibly rude. Has hung up the phone on me bc I was taking to long to explain my billing question. Additionally, they billed my annual physical wrong and I ended up with a 400$ bill. They refused to change the diagnosis codes to make the services they provided at my physical preventative. I’m getting the state involved bc no one can help me including the billing department.

Dr Baaklini has been the best doctor I have had in my life, he spends a lot of time with his patients and has performed on me so many routine tests that no other Dr came even close. Extremely knowledgeable and grateful to have met him.

Dr. Baaklini is very thorough, you never feel rushed. He's caring and really smart !!!!!!!!

Doctor Baaklini is a great doctor always answers all your questions very knowledgeable and on the other hand let's start with his wife Dolly she's one of a different flower she is rude yells at you when your right about something she can't admitt when she wrong inconsiderate and the list go on. She is not nice to staff.

The doctors Wife Dolly, knocked once & immediately walked in while I (female) was in exam room with the Doctor. She handed him papers to sign- Why could she not call him outside? What if I was being examined and had been 1/2 naked? NOT OK! She is not a licensed medical caregiver. That happened twice . That's a MAJOR Hippaa violation. She thinks we are stupid.. The doctor is loved by older patrons,or by now he'd have major law suits because of his latest wife.. One can only conclude that she wanted to catch him in a lewd act. I left that practice. My insurance isn't paying for her to see my privates nor do I want her to see my privates. I went to him for 16yrs. She soley has ruined that practice. Many negative reviews which feature his wife as an antagonist CANNOT BE WRONG!

I feel so sorry for the office staff. They constantly look miserable. The nurse and receptionist are so nice but the last couple of times I went in for an appointment they were not smiling like their normal self. The doctor and his wife do not care who is in the office while yelling at their staff. I witnessed it right in front of me 2 months ago. Also the wait time is horrendous. I usually try to get the 1st appointment of the day thinking the doctor will be on time but he doesnt even show up until almost an hour after the 1st appointment. It's most definitely a shame. Then when you say something the doctors wife always has some snarky comment to make. Our time should matter also.

My husband was referred to Dr. Baaklini for Asthma. He diagnosed my husband with anxiety instead and said it wasn’t asthma. He prescribed him 8mg of Xanax and Klonopin. The prescriptions stated, take as needed. He should have sent him to a therapist not prescribe him pills, if it wasn’t asthma. My husband who had never taken a benzo in his life or anything addictive for that matter, got addicted almost instantly. I noticed right away, I informed the office they wouldn’t listen. He got a DWI and I told the office they can’t prescribe him this medicine anymore and they still wouldn’t listen. I would call repeatedly and they just ignored me. I wrote the doctor up to the board of health twice. I never heard anything about it, my husband finally ended up in rehab and didn’t return. I recently read his license was suspended in NY years prior. How was he allowed to do this again in RI. This happened in 2010, and he is still practicing. My husband’s life hasn’t been the same since his encounter with this doctor.
