The receptionist is so unfriendly, so don't waste your time!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Nearly impossible to get in to see someone. Nobody every picks up the phone. Hours are absolutely ridiculous for a drs office especially seeing as the claim to be a "family" Dr office. You always have to leave a message and nobody ever calls back. My son is still missing a shot that they didn't give him for God knows what reason. Would not recommend.
Went in with severe pain and was treated horribly! even after seeing these doctors since I was 18 and am now 33... Dr Brooks was rude and very unempathic and also offered no alternatives for my health issue. possible Rhumatiod arthritis and was only referred to a low class specialist. will never return here again! made me feel so anxious and frustrated! with a white blood cell count at 20,000 you would like to think they'd be more on top of figuring our what is wrong with me! also np Olsen had told me two years prior that I was fine and never mentioned my white blood cell count being so high!!!! aside from Dr Golomb himself this place is a joke and lawsuit waiting to happen
aside from Dr. Golomb himself this place is a joke and lawsuit waiting to happen. the np Dr Olsen does not listen at all and does not report back on bloodwork coming out odd!!! Dr Brooks is a very rude woman who made me feel very small and did not listen either. I received no help or guidance at all!!!
Great group of providers and their staff! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my primary care and hope I never have to!
Dr. Golomb and his staff are courteous, professional, and excellent in both diagnosis and treatments. I have been a patient for 15 years and would recommend him highly.
Not only do they never, ever, EVER answer the phone, but they don't bother giving you a call back either. On top of that, I went there because I had diarrhea for over 2 weeks straight, was losing weight and couldn't eat more than a bite or 2 of food at a time. I go to my appointment and after telling the NP what my symptoms were and how I was feeling (I knew something was wrong) not only did she NOT do a physical examination of any kind, she did not order any blood work and told me to be glad I was losing weight and sent me on my way. Less than 2 days later I was hospitalized with acute pancreatitis. A pain I do not wish on anybody. Unbelievable.
They never answer the phone or call you back . I have been going here 2 years and have never seen Dr Golomb. Under Care New England I always get nurse practitioners. In order to get an appointment to see someone for being sick with a cold, I had to physically walk in the front door to book an appointment for the next day. I’m looking for another PCP.
Dr. G. is great when you see him but doesn't follow through on his treatment plan. Orders blood work on a Thurs., said he would let me know results by Mon., 3 calls to the office later, I finally got a call back on Friday. After the results of the blood work on Friday, he said he would have his office call me on Monday with some referrals .. still waiting for that call and its been a week. I'm sure he is a good MD but his lack of follow through is a medical malpractice case waiting to happen.
Doctors are great but that’s all that’s good about this place. Ever since care New England took over this place sucks. They never answer the phone!!!! They don’t call you back. Don’t process referrals in a timely manner at all. You have to ask them a million of times, when you actually get a hold of them, and then they take forever to actually do it. I’m getting real tired of this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
