In an effort to set up a new appointment, staff instructed me to notify my insurance CO that Dr. Brooks would be my new PCP. Having never met her, I was uncomfortable with that and wanted to meet her first. "If you're not willing to do that then this is not the place for you" is the response her staff gave me. And they are right - it is definitely not the place for me.

I went for my Physical. JIMMETTE BROOKS call me in by name, ZACKERY GEORGE, FOR YOUR PHYSICAL and then cancel my physical. I was unable to attend New England Tech because of this place wasting my time. this was a roped in "appointment". You wasted my time and I am transferring to an actual Doctor.

She's ok. Her front desk staff is awful. And, I challenge you to try to get someone on the phone! They might call you back after you leave two or three messages....I'm moving on.

Been going since I was a child. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Once you walk out the door, they don’t care about you in the slightest. They won’t answer the phone for days at a time, I’m currently 4 days without my prescription because neither myself or CVS can reach them. In addition to rarely being open compared to other practices they are closed from 12 - 1 every day. In addition to that, they sometimes close before posted hours. Their messaging service says they check their messages several times a day. This is a lie. You won’t get your call returned for days or possibly even weeks according other reviews

This office NEVER answers the phone. It is unlike anything I have ever seen. It is never busy in there so I have no understanding as to why they cannot answer the phone. Just ridiculous. After calling and leaving a message they called back and told me to go to the walk in.

Never answers the phone, left my mom without her prescription for 3 weeks, don’t return phone calls or faxes. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to send a letter to billing at Kent hospital because they coded my lab work wrong and still waiting... this doctors office definitely went downhill. Once this billing is straightened out I’m switching primary care doctor. Don’t go here! You’ll regret it!!!
