The office called at 4:30 in the afternoon of December 30th and canceled my appointment for December 31st. Last day for my benefits. Totally unprofessional!
I've been a patient of both Dr Liners since I was little. Even after I moved to CT I came back to their office because of their knowledge, customer service and professionalism which can't be beat. They can fit me in in a timely manner and their eye glasses and accessories are very reasonably priced.
Best eye doctor I have EVER been to!! Absolutely love him! He's kind and actually cares deeply about your well - being. Also easy on the eyes! Definitely recommend him.
After waiting in the waiting room for an hour, the lady who called me back didnt even do half the test before i was suposed to see the doctor. Another lady who was an intern came in and checked my vision at firs and then Dr. Liner came to check on me. Absolutely the worst doctor i ever came in contact with. He told me he had to bill my medical insurance because my eyes were a lil dry which makes it a medical condition. He pretty much bullied me into paying my specialist co-pay because my eye med insurance just wasnt enough to pay for his time. Apparently if i didn't have medical insurance he would have been fine with my eye med but since i did he was going to exploit my benefits! I took a copy of my prescription and told them i wasn't coming back to this office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
