The office staff was wonderful! And so was Dr. Shambaugh! She was very pleasant, direct, explained everything clearly, patiently listened to everything that I had to say and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Dr. Shambaugh to anyone who has any type of orthopedic problems especially knees. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting area, and no more than 10 minutes once inside; then when she comes in she's very thorough. She sits down face to face with you. She is not constantly looking at a computer and takes the time to make sure your comfortable and that you understand everything. Excellent Doctor!

My first time going, the front end staff greeted me with smiles and made sure even though they were slammed that I was taking care of. Back staff was just as awesome. Dr Braidy was amazing she answered all of my questions I had before I could even ask them. She was very thorough and kind. Office was very clean and inviting. Awesome job everyone, thank you! 💙
