My Dad was a long time pt Of Dr Botelho and moved to La. He is back and has been to hospital 2 times. I called office to see if Dr could see him and they said March for new pts. I guess they have no loyalty to old pts. So sad. I guess he’s gonna do better with someone who hasn’t seen him before.

i called this office 4 times on 5/28/2019 and it kept going to voice mail. when i got through - i asked if its normal for calls to go right to voice and to woman on the phone told me that it is in fact normal. when i told her that concerns me as a new patient she didn't seem to care. when i told her that i think I'm all set she said; " OK!!! that's fine with me, I don't care if you come here or not" this office is unprofessional and disrespectful. if you looking for an office that is going to take care of your health. this is not it. take it from me I am in the health field and these type of offices should be closed.
