I would never recommend the Office of Dr. Jack Mourad to anyone, his office is just about impossible to get a hold of over the phone & it is always a constant problem for CVS Pharmacy to get approval for my high blood pressure prescription refills, I am always forced to have an over the phone appointment by his secretary arranged just to get CVS approved for my prescription refills that should not be denied to begin with, I recently was taken to the Emergency room & it was an unpleasant experience due to this problem thanks to this constant problem with Dr. Jack Mourad, I was sent to the hospital by the CVS MinuteClinic, I now have had my medication, no thanks to Dr. Jack Mourad & I had an over the phone appointment scheduled for today, I never received a phone call, I got a hold of him 3 hours later & he argued over the phone that I don't answer my phone either, I had no choice but to inform him that he is fired, now, I need to get myself a new physician.

I think Dr Jack Mourad is one of the best physicians that I visit, he is always on the point and diagnosing illness. He and his assistant is always there for his patients and that's a plus. Thanks

Dr. Mourad is a wonderful doctor who gets to know his patients. Both my husband & I have been going to him for years. You may have a bit of a wait since he is the only doctor in the office, but he is worth it.

My husband & I have been going to Dr. Mourad for over 8 yrs, my oldest son started going about a year ago. Although the wait time is a bit excessive at times, he's no longer than most RI doctors. Midge is wonderful, understanding & helpful. I can get an appt fairly quickly. Of course the wait time is due to the time he spends with his patients. If it was quick, I would be very worried. I have recommended him to a lot of people & they love him too.
