Dr. Polacek and staff are by far the most professional and kindest office I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit!! The products for skincare and treatments for sun damage or lines are amazing and you can trust Dr. Polacek has your best interest for beauty! I recommend whole heartedly this office and trust all the recommendations she advises. A true asset in the fountain of youth !

I have been working with this office to work on scheduling my procedure and I must say they are awesome and accommodating. Today I finally had my procedure and it went amazing! Dr. Polacek has a great way of explaining the procedure before, during and after. She made me feel extremely comfortable and even cracked a few jokes which put me even more at ease. I can not wait to continue to do business here. Wonderful place do not think twice just book with them NOW!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Polacek. She is amazing. I have gotten fillers and botox there for years. Great results while still looking natural. I call her an artist. She never tries to sell you something you do not want. Everything is up front from pricing to expected results. I would not go anywhere else!!! Thank you Dr. Polacek for making me look my best.

I have been seeing Beth for clear and brilliant treatments and the results have been great. She is kind and knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable during the service. I will continue to go back to her for years to come.

I had a chemical with Polacek and I could not be more disappointed. When I had my appointment their many focus was on selling me products and additional services that were not a necessity. In addition, to this my chemical peel was not done properly due to the fact that over a week and I hadn’t experienced any peeling. When I call the office to share my concerns they were very dismissive. They didn’t even offer me any solutions to my issue or a refund.

I have gone to this location twice in the past 6 months for the Rejuvenize Chemical Peel due to left over acne/post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and I have to say that the results were amazing! All of my acne scars have gone away! I have not had any breakouts since, and my hyperpigmentation has faded considerably where it is no longer visible! Beth Walker was my aesthetician and she was awesome, she took the time to ask me about my concerns and gave me her recommendations on what skin products to use. She also put me on a skin routine that I still follow to this day! I will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Professional, personable, welcoming, and excellent quality.

I had fraxel done to my face twice. The results were okay but I felt it wasn’t done thoroughly both times. I had barely any swelling or peeling the first time and felt it was not done well around the eyes so the second time I asked to concentrate on the wrinkles around the eyes of course and was more satisfied the second time around. I guess I feel like I could have gotten better results from 2 treatments than I did. There was little discussion about results and I was told if I didn’t feel like I needed the follow up appointment I didn’t need to keep it. What?! I had previously told her I was interested in fillers. I felt dismissed. Don’t you want your clients to come back to their follow up visit anyway but also to see what they want for continuing services?

I go to see Dr. Polacek about every eight months to get some Juvederm filler. I love how it looks after about a week. Everything settles in and looks so smooth. I would definitely recommend going to her. She's the best.

Had a Fraxel laser procedure with Beth Walker.. Amazing results! Beth is a true professional with years of knowledge on skin care. She is so easy to talk to. Beth went over everything ahead of time in detail so I knew what to expect during and after the procedure. The sun spots are gone! My skin looks amazing. And will continue to improve. Beth also knows the science for skin care products to keep your skin looking healthy. Don’t skip this part. So happy to have found this office (great staff) and Beth.
