List of Matthew Salisbury's Reviews
Their front office is horrible. I called 3 times and all 3 times it went to voice mail. I tried calling Dr. Salisbury extension no luck either. My arm had a severe reaction to some poison and I no longer could wait for (please leave your name, number etc.) I had to go to a walk in clinic because no one would answer the phone. Dr. Salisbury is a good doctor but his office staff is needs some direction. Thankfully the walk-in clinic did a great job.
Always demonstrates caring about the patient and clearly stays up on things. However If you need specialist referrals you may be disappointed ...
Horrible. Whats the point of having receptionist when you call and nobody picks up? Called about 30 times and still nobody picks up.
He is very professional and really listens to the worries you have about your health to put your mind at ease. He decides what specific testing and specialists you need to see. So you can have quality of healthcare we deserve and assurance that your health is manageable until you are well.
Several members of my family went to Dr. Salisbury for about 5 yrs. He never remembered any of us. He confused our names in his medical records. He confused our records and even medical conditions with other patients. It was kind of scary. At checkups, he never performed any of the routine tests or asked any routine questions; he just talked about unrelated things about himself and his life. It was basically like we had no doctor for 5 years. Since we switched doctors 2 years ago, we have not been able to obtain our medical records from Salisbury's office even though we have a legal right to our own medical records. We did not feel safe with him in that if any of us ever got sick, particularly with anything serious, he wouldn't find it because he just didn't give professional yearly checkups or sick examinations, and he confused different patients and their conditions.
He is excellent. Spends time and listens to your concerns. Very professional. Shows concern and empathy. Only complaint is that it is very difficult to get thru to his office. I have waited twenty minutes and longer on hold. This is not his fault.I would highly recommend him.
I always have trouble with getting through on the phone
In four years as a patient he never once did a physical exam or listened to my heart.,He was only on his computer. As a patient in my seventies I deserve better care. He did follow up charges and sick visits only, poor care. Don’t go to him if a female, he did exam my husband, go figure.
I have always had positive experiences with Dr Salisbury!! He listens, takes the time to explain and is very caring! I would recommend him to anyone! He actually saved my life!!
Very attentive to patients needs and concerns. Proactive and very professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
