I had an appt for 2 weeks Snow family medicine calls and cancels an hr before my appt. I ask to change appt to a physical. They say no. terrible customer service. Canceling an hour before 2 times is enough for me to find a new PC

Heres my experience.I had an appt made 2 weeks prior. Snow family medicine called an hour before my appt and told me to go see an different doctor because she didn't have an lidocaine. i asked to switch the appt to a physical and was told no they didn't have time. This is the 2nd time canceling on me an hr before my appt. terrible customer service.
