Dr. Sam has treated my Mom for over 25 years. She had Colon , Breast and Liver Cancer. He is compassionate and well knowlegable!! Also very spiritual and comforting!!! My Mom is so lucky to have him!! No wonder he gotTop Doc in RI Monthly!!

Dr Sam is a wonderful! He’s definitely one of the best I’ve had! He is very thorough with his work, and a very compassionate man! I’m thankful to have him as my Dr! His staff is wonderful too!

The wait to see Dr Sam was outrageously long, an hour? That's ridiculous. Fortunately Dr Sam is worth the wait. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is extremely thorough and very kind and caring. It's unfortunate that the office staff isn't more on the ball.

This place should not be able to do outpatient treatment for cancer patients That are elderly. This facility could not get a pulse on my father while he was receiving his cancer treatment they continued to hydrate him and then called the rescue after hours of treating him without a pulse, he was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital where he died. The cardiologist at Rhode Island Hospital could not believe that they kept him that long, stating that he was in serious condition by the time he got there, and there was nothing they could do. These clinics should all be closed down, they have no right treating elderly cancer patients with no back up emergency services. Even the fire department couldn’t believe that they kept him there that long without a pulse,What kind of nurses work here. Please be aware.

Dr. Sam is the best oncologist in the state of RI. He is caring and very committed to his patient's.

Just a quick note to sing the praises of "Dr Sam". In 1986 Dr Sam was instrumental in the treatment and cure (remission) of my Hodgkins Disease. A gentle man with a wonderful wit, made me feel at ease. Dr Sam explained my treatment in a way I could understand and as a result I had confidence in my treatment. Strange as this sounds, I felt as if my "participation" was important in the process. Dr Sam is an intelligent and powerful healer. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. I look at my children and family and remember how lucky I was to have his care. Thank you Dr Sam for everything.

Very Competent and Excellent Bedside Manners. Takes time to listen to patient and family members questions. Explains lab work in layman's terms. One of the few Dr's I actually look forward to seeing.

His compassion and skillful knowledge helped me through one of the most difficult time of my life in 1993. I am proud to say he was a major part of my medical team. I beat the odds and am alive today with his guiding help. He is truly a great Dr. and friend. Thank you Dr. Sam.

I can't say enough about Dr Sam; he is a superb clinician with the wisdom to understand his patients and their unique challenges in facing a cancer diagnosis. He takes a lot of time with his patients which does result in long wait at times but it is worth every minute because you know when it finally is your turn he will attend to you in a very personal and kind way.
