If you are looking to be a NEW patient DON'T BOTHER - gave me an appointment that was 3 months from the day I called. - had me call them each day to check for cancellation which I did - NEVER HAPPENED - a few weeks before my appt got an automated message that my appt had been canceled & to call them to reschedule - they then added another month & a half from my initial call - didn't care that I was hurting & was loosing the hearing in my ear - HE WAS GOING ON VACATION!!! I WOULD NOT REFER THIS DR TO MY WORST ENEMY - NO CONCERN FOR NEW PATIENTS - MUST CONCLUDE THAT HE IS MAKING ENOUGH MONEY ON REGULAR PATIENT TO NOT NEED NEW ONES - WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE ETHICAL TO TELL ME ON MY INITIAL CALL THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO SEE ME EVER.
It is not necessary to make a patient wait over an hour to be seen. We don't return to such doctors. Our time is as precious as yours. All of our physicians and dentists run on time. A wait of 10-15 minutes is plausible. An hour and five minutes is not.
I had the misfortune of seeing him in June, 2018. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him and wasting his time. Never returned to see him.
I never been so disappointed I have been going to dr Emory since I have been 5 years old and went there today because I had a bad ear infection and he turned me away because he didn’t think he was going to get paid for his service I have insurance how do you do that to someone how has been taking care of for so many years sent me home in pain over a few dollars hope you have your day dr Emory
Dr Emery took the time and explained the surgical procedure that needed to be done so our son so he would be able to speak.
Not a helpful doctor. Always too busy for you. Clearly looking to just make money off you with treatments and procedures you don’t need.
Dr office was horrible in that the girls behind the counter are VERY rude. ALL OF THEM. The Dr helped my issue and was friendly but the before and after (billing specifically) was horrible! I mailed them payments a couple times and they did not process them. They kept sending me threatening letters to take me to collections when I was sending them payment! Then when I called they were rude and blamed it on the post office! Once I can see, not twice! Someone is not doing their job. OWN IT! You messed up, apologize for the inconvenience and take my payment on the phone! DO NOT INSULT THE PATIENT! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS FACILITY AGAIN. There are plenty of other Dr.'s out there.
I had 2 appointments with other doctors in this practice prior to seeing Dr. Emery. Both kept me waiting over an hour. One appointment I left b/c it was so long the other doctor brought no additional value. When Dr. Emery examined my child and heard about her history he educated me on my options. He was flexible when I said I needed time to discuss them with my husband. When we elected to have ear tubes put in, he walked us through the process and kept us informed each step of the way. His expertise is on point.
Had an appointment 4 weeks out. Had a death in family had to reschedule, the receptionist said I had to keep calling back to see if there were any cancellations. I asked for a set new appointment and she continued to say for me to keep calling for a cancellation. I guess my time does not mean anything. I was referred to this practice by my primary doctor after ending up in a hospital with dizziness. Now I am without an appointment looking for another ENT doctor.
Bad chair side manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
