Very difficult to get a hold of when you are sick. Instructions after annual physical are sometimes difficult to understand.

Dr. Balon is easy to talk to and listens to what the medical issue is that I am there to see him about. He is thorough with his exams and never rushes his patients. He is able to do this because he does not over book and the wait to see him is usually not more than 5 or 10 minutes. He is punctual and without saying anything I fell he deserves the same common courtesy. I would strongly recommend Dr. Balon as your primary care doctor.

I never actually went to see the doctor, but called to set up an appointment for my annual exam as I needed a new PCP. However, whoever works the phones at his office is very rude. They turned me off and decided I would go elsewhere.
