Annual visit went well today. Check in was prompt. Had bp and pulse ox taken and went over all meds I’m taking and answered all the required questions they ask for their records. The NP came in shortly after for the exam. We discussed what referrals and labs/tests I needed. Was given additional info on nutritionist in the area if I want to see one of them. I was very pleased with the visit today. My wellness and next years annual were booked for me too.
