The staff was friendly and immediately checked me in. There were very few people waiting when I arrived. I got called in after sitting for 15 min. and was seen by an intake person to take my vitals. Then I waited for another 20 min. before seeing the assistant to the PA. She came in did some other tests, breathing etc. and within 4 min. she left and closed the door. I sat in the patient room for about an hour for a simple prescription for antibiotics but didn't even get that. What caused me to drop the rating to 3 is that there is a perception that I was waiting for no reason. When I opened the door to the room, all of the staff were sitting at their desks in the middle of the room doing whatever they do. Why did I have to wait so long, when this is such a simple case?

Took 2 days to get an x-ray result. And the when they came in we never got a call. Will never go there again.

They are always pretty busy, so factor in a reasonable wait time. You can call ahead to ask how long it will be. Staff, from the front desk to the medical personnel, are very caring, and are honestly invested in your well being. I can't recommend this location highly enough.
