On time Easy pre check in to save my time
I was looking for a primary care and they were taking new patients. I moved from Massachusetts to RI and found that Dr are not taking new patients. They were so pleasant and very friendly. So glad I called them.
I'm very happy with the speedy service. Adam was very courteous and professional 👍 . five stars!
They took over my doctors office that I've been seeing for years. I keep trying to make an appointment with him and they are telling me he is gone and not sure when he is coming back? Ok can I see someone else? Nope not for months. Two of the other doctors have jumped ship since they have taken over. They won't answer any messages. Its been a complete disaster. Now I am left with no doctor and no answers. As someone with medical issues its scary.
After 5 months of trying to schedule an annual physical and having my appointment cancelled at the last minute for the third time, I decided to write a negative review. This review received an almost immediate reply asking me to email the "Village Medical clinical support manager" to discuss my experience. After three weeks and multiple emails I have yet to hear from this "person". At this point this appears to be an empty attempt to save face on Google with no intention of ever addressing the core issues. As a patient for the last 15 years I find this incredibly disappointing and will be looking for a new practice.
Never answer the phone and never call you back. Its a revolving door of RNs and PAs. Ignore your calls when trying to get someone to explain test results. This place a joke and beyond unprofessional!
Took my mother for an appointment that was at 2pm. Our confirmation for the appointment said 2pm and we even called days before to confirm the time. We get there and they tell us the appointment was supposed to be at 8:30. We didn’t get any call or email that gave us any time change. She just kept saying “it was a scheduling error.” Definitely a huge inconvenience cause we came from far to get here and we also scheduled months in advance. Ridiculous.
This practice has unfortunately gone downhill recently. Their employee turnover is so high that you never see the same person twice, making it impossible to build a rapport with anyone. I had an appointment scheduled with someone that left the practice and there was zero communication or attempt to reschedule. When I took it into my own hands I called daily for two weeks but never spoke to anyone or received a response to my messages. I had to resort to scheduling an appointment online which was subsequently cancelled three times. It shouldn't take 5 months to schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time like I did.
Dr Wilson I'm a big fan, Julie is always so helpful, Thank You Pat Kelly

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
