While Dr. Abbott was very thorough during my visit, the front office staff was very difficult to communicate with. I tried on multiple times to communicate with a nurse, only to be disconnected twice, have my telephone number mis-recorded, and once left on open speaker to hear and learn of the front-office staff's weekend escapades. Again, Dr. Abbott was a professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable cardiologist, but communicating with him and his nurses proved difficult.

I have been a patient of Dr.Brian Abbott 's for 6 yrs. Although he is good the office staff isn't you can sit there for up to a hour without being told anything . patients are being treated like cattle and not humans. You are told to check in 10 minutes early but your time is meaningless . Joseph Florio heart patient looking for a new doctor.
