Christopher Storey's Online Review Report Card

Had my first physical with him since moving to area. He was very easy to talk to and I felt I had found my new doctor.

I was given Dr. Storey when my Dr. Richter moved onto something different. I have had many interactions with him and his staff. Both are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He has reffered me to the Drs. I needed to see. The office and NP are amazing. I highly recommend this Dr. And his staff.

I had to call my wife's Dr's office the night before Christmas Eve, Dr. Chris Storey was the "on call physician", my wife was not feeling well at all, and when he called us back his attitude was extremely poor and he acted like we just interrupted him having beers and watching football game with his friends . He did not give us any advice at all, no knowledgeable information, tried to hurry to get off the phone. I then had to bring my wife to the ER. He really does not know anything at all, or even has a personality. talking to him is like talking to a robot or computer. Hes not even worth going to for a sick visit, cause you won't get an answer and he'll just refer you to someone else or not have an answer for you.

Dr Storey and staff worked well with explaining what the steps my daughter would have to go through before her implants. They were caring and my daughter felt very comfortable with the team.

Dr Christopher Storey is my provider. He has impressed me very much! When I had my first appoint with him, he amazed me that he knew my history of my health problems. He did his homework before I got there. He is a doctor who is willing to listen to his patiences, without rushing them or brushing them off. This is Important to me because I have multiple health issues. His mannerism is very kind and considerate. His staff is also very kind and friendly! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He did a fabulous job on my 6 crowns installed on my implants. The fit, look and colour is perfect. Yes I had 5 appointments over 4 months, but it was worth the investment in time and money to get the results I got. I put 100% trust in Dr Storey’s judgment and expertise.

I would certainly not recommend dr Storey if you need to have front teeth done. A friend of mine did a molar crown and was quite happy with it but that's an easier job because the color of the tooth doesn't really matter. Although I ended up with decent looking teeth, the whole process was extremely long and unpleasant. Perhaps it's his technican's fault but dr Storey's arrogant attitude does not help either. I didn't like the shape of the crowns, so I explained in detail what I thought was wrong with the shape. He promised to correct the shape but When I came for fitting new crowns it turned out he had completely forgotten about the shape and focused only on correcting the color. For one reason or another, he made me feel very uncomfortable in every appointment but it was too late to back out.

I went to Dr. Storey for a front tooth crown. It took a long time but he did an AMAZING JOB which I am truly thankful for. My tooth looks as real as the others. Although a little pricey, I highly recommend him to anyone else who needs a good, solid crown!

Dr. Storey does NOT listen to his patients. He did not even bother consulting me when choosing the color of the crowns. No wonder we had a major disagreement over the color once the crowns were ready. Good cosmetic dentist should discuss with a patient what he/she wants and what is anatomically/aesthetically possible in her case. I tried to initiate this discussion but he cut me off. He said: you should trust me. I did, but the result is very mediocre, not great, as he promised. it was a waste of money.

Nobody in his office told me that the wait time between appointments would be 4-5 weeks. My first appointment was scheduled two weeks after the consultation, so I assumed that it was their average wait time, however, afterwards I always had to wait for 4-5 weeks and one time -for 7 weeks because his office closed for Christmas on Dec 15th. This is how they entice patients. It looks like he has more patients than he is able to serve within reasonable time period. Their scheduling is inflexible; when I could not take the time slot they offered I had to wait even longer. For the money he charges, next time I will find some other dentist.
