I have been Dr Lucarelli’s patient fit decades. He has been amazing in addressing and coordinating throughout my life with many very complex chronic serious issues. He always addresses all my concerns and questions and is always compassionate. He spends a lot of time explaining and listening. He is just a wonderful family doctor. I could not be more grateful to be under his care. His staff is always accommodating and welcoming as well

Has been my GP for well over a decade. Great listener, always up on his stuff, and awesome diagnostic skills. His Nurse is wonderful also. Great team!

Very poor service. He seemed almost uncomfortable performing a routine check up on me. I figured it was just because it was our first time meeting and it would be different on our second appointment. Unfortunately I never got a second appointment. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Ive tried calling multiple times and it always goes to the voicemail. I finally got ahold of the receptionist and she says "it's been busy in the office so I haven't been answering the phones" what kind of doctors office doesn't answer the phone? She told me she'd get back to me with an appointment after she talked to the doctor but I never got a call back. They can only do appointments several weeks out and they are always at odd times. It just don't see how he can post that he's accepting jew patients if he doesn't even have time to deal with the ones he's has now. I'm currently pregnant and was advised to see my primary doctor for a problem I am having. I clearly need to find a new doctor since he is completely unavailable. He's a bit shy and reserved. Very friendly staff. They just aren't very professional with their phone lines or call backs. It's really not that hard to answer the phone. They could at least hire a professional call answering service for when the receptions can't pick up her phone.
