Dr.Azam is a very caring Doctor He takes his time with you and listens To you.

Im a 23 year old student and I went to this clinic today for my appointment which was set by the receptionist ( Dr Azams Wife) who told me that my medical process will be $200. After checking in I found out that I had to pay another extra $250 for my scans?? Even when I had all my immunizations,Vaccines up to date. However, after realizing this place is a rip off I decided to withdraw my medical process and was left speechless as the Receptionist who goes as Dr Uzma (Dr Azams Wife) asked for the whole $200 fees upfront for nothing and LITERALLY bullied me!! 🚩🚩 I was asked to pay for the services which I never used and that too in a compelling manner and not to forget I opted them considering they were fellow pakistanis and that they would help me instead it was completely opposite and a disastrous experience dealing w them. The staff was way incompetent and overly aggressive. Won’t recommend to anyone!!

In my opinion… His focus on you is while you are sitting in front of him. Don’t depend on him or his staff to follow up on requests.

The reception is horrible. She is so rude its not even appropriate for someone at a drs office to be THAT rude. I had called to reschedule my physical and she immediately began giving me a hard time. Asking me why i cant come and telling me I can't reschedule. Life happens of course I can reschedule a drs appointment. She was giving me such a hard time I said if I need to I can find a different dr. She says oh thats how you want to do it, then hangs up. Today I got a letter in the mail saying I need to find a new Dr. I've been going to Dr Azam since 2013 and for her to be so hostile and rude over rescheduling an appointment is ridiculous. I called her today and she told me I was giving her a hard time when I called to reschedule which is a complete lie. She is a bully and she is unethical. I really hope Dr Azam is aware of how this woman, his WIFE, is bullying his patients. I never had any problems there until she began working in the office. She mad me feel so small and insignificant every time I spoke to her.

Dr. Azam is a good doctor but for years I have had issues with the staff just being very inconsiderate and rude. Today was the final straw when i called to make a appt and was told abruptly that i am not longer a patient. truth be told i haven't seen him in 3.5 years but i was not given another option just told I was no longer a patient. So when i said "so i need to find another doctor" the lady said well then if that is what you need to do then do it and hung up on me. I tried calling back to state that was about the most unprofessional interaction i have ever had with someone especially at a doctors office she told me i was rude by saying i need to find another doctor and then hung up on me again. Would not go there but apparently they feel like they have enough patients so they don't have to provide any kind of customer service to keep the ones they have.

1. Took my money but never finished their work nor refunded me 2. Aggressive staff (but only nice until you pay them) 3. They lied about things (to bring me to their clinic) which caused a big delay in my immigration process

Doctor Azam, is truly a doctor who listens and respects the patients input. He makes you feel like part of the care plan. He does not just force things down your throat. He gives his opinion then asks for yours. He is very upfront when he needs to be which is always appreciated because I understand that they’re are many patients who confuse his Medical Degree with their google searches. I Would not go anywhere else. Overall Azam is a great Doctor who listens, cares, and is non-hypocritical. What you see is what you get!

The office manager was extremely rude over the phone.

Dr Azam is one of the most thoughtful and sincere people. He is always willing to make time for his patients and will provide tele health when needed. We are so lucky to have Dr. Azam!!

Dr. Azam is a good doctor but his staff are liars! They tell you one thing, chart another then say "you are the problem". BEWARE. Once i see him i will be looking for a doctor who has better staff. Idk who does the hiring but they hire awful people who dont check the messages and treat you like dirt
