Dr Fadale is one of the most compassionate physicians I’ve met!! From day 1 he explained my case to my husband and I in an easy and understandable way. You can tell how much he loves his job and is very knowledgeable. The day of my surgery I required a spinal block. Dr Fadale held me, let me rest my head on his shoulder and talked with me as the anesthesiologist did his thing. While in recovery, Dr Fadale came to check on me and let me know everything went well, he then gave me another hug and said see you at your follow up. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Fadale and feel as if I’ve known him my whole life! I’d recommend him a million times. Thank you Dr Fadale, I know I’m in the best hands and will make a great recovery!

Dr. Fadale is a phenomenal surgeon. the whole experience was very easy. Paul explained the procedures very thoroughly. Answered all my questions to the best of his ability. I would suggest him 10/10 times. I may be lucky but with my personal experience Ive had minimum swelling and bruising, also no pain after my surgery. If you’re looking for sports medicine surgeon Dr. Fadale is your guy!

University Ortho should be the only place you have knee surgery. Dr Fadale did my ACL surgery. He and his team are highly professional from all of the pre visits, at surgery center, and post visits. I highly recommend Dr Fadale for any knee surgery. Recovery going very well as expected with lots of PT at University Ortho.

Dr. Fadale came highly recommended and I’m happy to say that after meeting him and being seen in person, it is clear why. He is honest, knowledgeable and experienced. A bonus - he has a great bedside manner! Dr. Fadale took the time to do a thorough exam and further explain things in a way that made sense, without making me feel inferior or silly for asking questions about my injury and prognosis. *Also worth noting: My appointment was set for 1130am and I was seen at 1130am.

Dr. Fadale is an excellent Orthopedic surgeon. He takes the time to listen, hear, and answer all questions and concerns. Excellent demeanor. Day of surgery went precisely as Dr. Fadale informed me.
