Back in October I had to get tested because a coworker tested positive for covid. I was told to try to call my doctor to see if I needed a referral to get tested. When I called Lauren she told me she could get me a test in a few days. I kindly said I’m all set I can find a testing location for sooner. Our WHOLE 3 minute long conversation that she DIDNT even give me a recommendation cost me $120. F you guys for trying to make money off a pandemic. I hate this office.

Dr Manzo spends the time required to develop a plan to treat whatever condition I am concerned with. He is friendly and very thorough. I can honestly and thankfully give him the highest rating.

Dr. Manzo is an excellent professional who is both empathetic and effective. He is diligent and doesn't hesitate to call for tests when a concern comes up. Because of this, my father (we're both his patients) was able to get his disease diagnosed while still in it's early stages. He saved our family years of worry and the worsening of my dad's condition, had he not elected to test when he did.

I am so disappointed in the lack of service at University Family Medicine. Although I am seeing a 5 star rating here for how caring their staff is, I cannot say that at all. My interaction with Pierre and Gina Andrade, office manager was well below par and frankly, insulting and rude. I have just had major back surgery no help from this practice at all! I was a patient of Dr. Manzo's for 17 years. I completely agree with all of these reviews which praise his compassion and care. I never minded waiting to see him because I knew I would get all of the time and care that I needed, too. I have now moved out of state and I am tasked with finding a new doctor :(
