Went to the walk in with shoulder and neck pain. I was treated with respect, Dr. Gianfrocco spent a great deal of time listening and evaluating my situation. He listened attentively and I felt as though he cared and took the time for an accurate diagnosis. Very compassionate doctor.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero or negative stars. Dr Robert Gianfrocco barely examined my son then blew off his symptoms as anxiety & sent him to counseling. Fortunately, after a comprehensive exam the next day by a competent health practitioner, my son was properly diagnosed with a severe multi-sinus & double ear infection & then began appropriate treatment. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy!
