I'm going to preface this by saying I have no negative opinions regarding the drs. This rating reflects the front office. Very rude and unprofessional office staff. They lost me as a patient due to that reason.

*BE AWARE** DENIED Services because of not speaking "Full-English", total discrimination and she (the new patient) even advised the receptionist that, "She can understand and needed this appointment", as the interpreter wasn't able to come due to circumstances but, they DENIED the services and told her that without interpreter she couldn't be attended to her URGENT, appointment.They were very rude and instead of working with the situation, by assisting the patient who had an appointment and needed it urgently, they decided to cancel the appointment and told her "You DON'T have an appointment anymore, we'll call you with another appointment and you need to come with the Spanish interpreter."This is the first time something like this has ever happened to her in which, she's had many other appointments in which all of them had worked they're way around it by, using an APP or maybe just speaking more slowly to her. Do NOT recommend and should retrain staff members to be polite to those who are not full-English speaking, to be able to find real solutions and not do what they did.

The doctor is wonderful but his office staff are often rude and abrupt. I would not go there if it were not for Dr. Corrao. His staff is nasty on the phone and at times in person.

We have never encountered a Doctor like Doctor Corrao- he returns my ( frequent) calls immediately and is patient and compassionate. We see him often due to my husband's severe disease but we always walk out feeling better and our fears assuaged-
