We know dr.Dickson for approximately 6 months. She is kind, considerate and caring. She is always thoughtful and spends the time we need for our visits. She returns the calls in a reasonable amount of time. My son is looking forward for his appointments with dr.Dickson! Thank you, Dr.Dickson!

I found Dr. Susan Alvarez Dickson to be extremely incompetent when it came to my son's medical needs. (ADHD, anxiety and mood disorder). During her first telemed visit with us, she already suggested a change in one of his meds. When asked how to get a hold of her during after business hours in an emergency, she replied "You don't, you call 911". Her conversations during our 3 telemed appointments were painful. She was very scattered and said she liked to triple check things. I went to her office to drop off some records and even with my mask on, I could smell the stench. I'm extremely happy to be rid of her and advise that no one take their child to her for psychiatric prescriptions or issues. I've NEVER given any physician a review but felt this was warranted after our experience with her.
