Although I had a very traumatic experience with heart failure, I can sincerely say that Dr. French was the highlight of my care team. Her bedside manner was excellent as she explained very difficult choices that my family would need to make as part of my heart transplant treatment. She is very knowledgeable and has patients feel as if they are the only person under her care. As another person had stated, she would get 100 stars from me if it were possible.

Dr. French is incredible. I would give her 100 stars if I could. Her kind and caring personality is unbelievable. She explains your condition and treatment plan. She always takes the time to listen and answer my questions and concerns. She is NEVER in a rush and has a fabulous and friendly office staff always willing to assist in any way! Thank you All!!!

Dr French recommendation that I check in to Tufts in Boston after my appt in Hyannis literally saved my life. My symptoms for my Congestive Heart Failure didn’t show any signs of gettin healthier so after a boatload of cardiac test I got released from Tufts with meds and diet restrictions. As of Aug 29, 2019 I feel betta and stronger than Eva . Also note Dr French visited me in the hospital on her day off (Sunday). She is truly an Angel on Earth. Wes MacGregor
