I have been a patient for 8 years. Dr. Levin and Dr. Alvarez are amazing doctors. The office is beautiful and the staff is very nice and always professional. I am lucky to have a doctor like Dr. Levin. He graduated with honors from The University of Vienna, Austria ????, he is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also certified to practice in the European Union and Israel. He speaks several languages and has a successful practice for over 20 years. He also saved the life of few of my friends. He is a gentleman and an excellent person. Having a doctor of such caliber makes me feel very safe!

Dr Levin is very helpful and knowledgeable of the services he provides. His staff member "front desk supervisor, older African American woman" very disrespectful, incompetent, rude, and ignorant. At a certain point she made reference to wanting to fight, when asked not to be spoken to. Absolutely horrible experience, lack of compassion and customer service.

Dr.Levin is great, i have been patient for over 7 years. But his staff is a nightmare. Expect long hold times, they are dis-organized, don’t seem to know what’s going on and often rude on the telephone. It wasn’t always like this but has gotten bad, almost cringeworthy. I held for 8 minutes today. As much as i like Dr.Levin I’m looking for a new gyno with a more competent staff.

Dr. Levin didn't help me whatsoever. He broke confidentiality and when I raised my voice, he started drawing up papers to have me committed to a mental hospital. Just for raising my voice. To my therapist. I wasn't suicidal but I was depressed and anxious. I'll never be able to trust another therapist because of him. I implore you, DO NOT go to him for help.

Both Doctors Levine and Alvarez are exceptional physicians. They really take time to listen and explain everything about your care whatever that may be. They are down to earth and easy to talk to about womens issues. The office is beautiful and super clean. The staff is nice and very helpful. Amazing expertise by these physician!!!
