His way or the highway. On a great plan for 15 years and he decides he doesn't like the meds I'm on. When I called to talk to him that the plan wasn't working , instead of asking why, he simply told me to find another provider. The all size fits one approach to healthcare is the only thing he knows. Do not become a patient.
