Gilbert Teixiera's Online Review Report Card

I was a patient of Dr Teixeira for twelve years. He was the the best primary care physician I ever had. He treated me with respect and compassion. I trusted him 100% with my care. He was very thorough in his care and my testing. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I always followed up with me on test results in a timely manner. He also had my husband as a patient for twelve years and my husband couldn’t have been happier with Dr Teixeira’s care. He treated me and his other patients like family. He always treated his staff with respect and kindness. If I was sick he would see me right away. His office staff was amazing. I miss him and his staff very much. I still haven’t found a primary care doctor that even compares to him.

Dr. Teixeira is the best doctor I’ve ever had! He is prevention focused, proactive instead of reactive and that makes a ton of sense to me! I was disappointed to hear of his parting with the health care giant of RI. Politics and business practices aside, I want my doctor back! If anyone knows how to contact him, I’d be very grateful. Thank you kindly.

In the 15+ years that I’ve been a patient of Dr Teixeira’s, I’ve been nothing but the focal point and concern at near every appointment I’ve had with this compassionate, humble and loyal doctor. With my ongoing medical maintenance issue, Dr. T has pumped the breaks on his busiest days when issues had arose in my care and even in my personal life. This is the kind of doctor that is near impossible to replace! Unlike the way that medicine is waning, he is first to push back on avenues to shorten the doctor/patient relationship. If you’re thinking of a doctor to see, Dr. Teixeria is without question your best choice. By far! He was and continues to be for me!

calling this office is the WORST!! You have to call at LEAST 20 times until you speak to a person. I was waiting on a referral and it took me calling over and over for them to finally send it.

Dr Texiera is one of a kind. He truly was the best Dr I had. He was patient, kind and genuinely cared about his patients. If I ran into him in social circles, he would remind me I need to get in to see him. He was the ONLY Dr to suggest a panel of tests in the last 15 years! My own traumatic life experiences made me unable to trust the system, and he was RIGHT way back then. It took 10 years to get the tests, which were too late, severve life threatening damage was done. He IS ONE of the great doctors! Had my interests above all else.

Dr Teixeira is an excellent doctor that I would refer to my closest family and friends. He always listens carefully to my concerns and always has an answer for any of my worries. I have recently lost a very close family member and Dr Teixeira has gone above and beyond his duties in order to make me feel better Dr Teixeira is one of the best doctors I have ever seen and I would highly recommend him. His staff Is also very caring and compassionate they go out of their way in order to resolve any problem whether it be billing, appointments, or just to reach out and see how you are. If you are looking for a doctor this is in excellent practice

He is as bad as they come. He's not even a human being never mind a doctor. Been waiting 7 weeks for him to do paper work for a script. Him and staff suck!! Go to someone else and save yourself time and anxiety.

I really like Dr Teixeira, but the office staff is rude, slow and less than efficient. Might find a new doc because of them and the long wait

This man treats his staff poorly and his patients the same way. He is always late or does not show up for his appointments. My husband and I have held on long enough because we like the staff, but enough is enough. Do not go here.
